We are happy to introduce NU:build to the clinic. NU:build is the industry leading, Hypoallergenic gel, HEMA free, cruelty free & vegan friendly. NU:builds can be worn by itself to help the growth & strengthen natural weak nails or can be paired with a gel colour to ensure extra wear and longevity. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BOOK A RE-VISIT EVERY 3 WEEKS TO MAINTAIN HEALTHY NAILS. Service Includes ⚪️ Cleanse, Removal & Cuticle Work ⚪️File, Shape & Length Reduced If Needed. ⚪️Builder Gel Applied & Refined. ⚪️Choice Of Gel Colour ⚪️ Cuticle Oil & Hand Cream Applied This Service Does not include ❌EXTENDING LENGTH ON BROKEN NAILS (Please add on PER Nail Fix to your appointment) ❌REMOVAL OF OTHER SALONS GELS OR PRODUCTS (Please add full Removal onto your appointment) If these extra services are not booked prior to the appointment an additional payment will be taken before the appointment commences.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations We reserve the right to request a deposit or full payment for any new booking made online, whether taken over the phone or in our clinic. We reserve the right to determine the size of these deposits on a case by case basis entirely at our own discretion. The size of the deposit can be anywhere up to 100% of the sales value of the services required. Deposits are non-refundable. If you change your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, we will move your deposit to your new time. If you change or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your allocated time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and retain your deposit in full. If for any reason SOLE needs to make modifications to your booked services – changes including, but not limited to, changing the date/time of your reservation or changing to a similar service – you have the option to reject the proposed change(s). We will then process a refund of your deposit or full payment. This will take 7-10 working days to process to your payment method. If for any reason SOLE Foot Clinic cancels your service at any time before your service is due to commence, we will process a refund of your deposit or full payment. This will take 7-10 working days to process to your payment method.
