We follow this up with toenail trimming, cuticle treatment and buffing of the nails to provide a fresh healthy look. Please be aware that all nail polish and/or nail gel will need to be removed before any foot health appointment. We can provide this service at an additional cost £11.00 for gel removal or polish removal. We use a range of professional foot products to Unlike a standard pedicure, a medical pedicure provides longer lasting results. Moisturise every night and you’ll enjoy healthy and gorgeous feet for up to 9-11 weeks. IMPORTANT NOTE If at the initial appointment, it is noted that you have more complex foot care needs than the average patient, you will be required to book a follow up appointment to continue your initial treatment. This will be discussed during your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations We reserve the right to request a deposit or full payment for any new booking made online, whether taken over the phone or in our clinic. We reserve the right to determine the size of these deposits on a case by case basis entirely at our own discretion. The size of the deposit can be anywhere up to 100% of the sales value of the services required. Deposits are non-refundable. If you change your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, we will move your deposit to your new time. If you change or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your allocated time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and retain your deposit in full. If for any reason SOLE needs to make modifications to your booked services – changes including, but not limited to, changing the date/time of your reservation or changing to a similar service – you have the option to reject the proposed change(s). We will then process a refund of your deposit or full payment. This will take 7-10 working days to process to your payment method. If for any reason SOLE Foot Clinic cancels your service at any time before your service is due to commence, we will process a refund of your deposit or full payment. This will take 7-10 working days to process to your payment method.
