Service Description
What is toenail reconstruction? Toenail reconstruction is both a cosmetic and medical procedure. It is undertaken using a specialist gel. The gel is layered directly onto the nail bed and onto any remaining toenail to create a new toenail. Alternatively, the gel is layered on top of the damaged or misshaped nail to look more aesthetically pleasing. We do not recommend this product if there is no toenail at all as the longevity of the reconstruction cannot be guaranteed. However, it can be used for one- off events such as weddings or parties.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations We reserve the right to request a deposit or full payment for any new booking made online, whether taken over the phone or in our clinic. We reserve the right to determine the size of these deposits on a case by case basis entirely at our own discretion. The size of the deposit can be anywhere up to 100% of the sales value of the services required. Deposits are non-refundable. If you change your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, we will move your deposit to your new time. If you change or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your allocated time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and retain your deposit in full. If for any reason SOLE needs to make modifications to your booked services – changes including, but not limited to, changing the date/time of your reservation or changing to a similar service – you have the option to reject the proposed change(s). We will then process a refund of your deposit or full payment. This will take 7-10 working days to process to your payment method. If for any reason SOLE Foot Clinic cancels your service at any time before your service is due to commence, we will process a refund of your deposit or full payment. This will take 7-10 working days to process to your payment method.
